Featuring more than 13,000 square-feet of flexible meeting space, all with views to the wooded acreage, POSTOAK offers planners a fresh choice for meetings and conventions. Complimentary wireless internet access, ergonomic chairs, all-inclusive meeting day packages, ropes courses, and incredible food make this Oklahoma conference center a standout from the typical big box experience.
In addition to a variety of flexible meeting space, audio-visual and lodging and dining options, POSTOAK offers turnkey team experiences. See the “Retreats” page to learn more about enhancing your conference or meeting with carefully crafted experiential activities for your attendees.
A variety of dining options – from formal affairs to casual barbecues – are available. Celebrate with a picnic at the Polebarn where attendees can play horseshoes and volleyball and engage in POSTOAK’s newest activity – human foosball! Host a cocktail hour by the pool and cap off the evening by gathering around a bonfire complete with s’mores.
As attendees retire for the night, they can engage in a game of pool or easy conversation in the spacious common areas of the lodge, or, retreat to their room for quiet time in comfy guest rooms with complimentary wi-fi and cable television.
“POSTOAK was a beautiful location for the training. I went home feeling refreshed, and I believe the trainees from OK Department of Libraries felt the same.”

With four banquet rooms, Persimmon Board Room, the Dining Room and the Great Room all in the Main Lodge, planners can host the general session, meals, vendors and breakouts all under one roof.
Attendees can break out into small groups inside or out, go on a short walk among the trees after lunch or even throw a few horseshoes before hunkering down for the afternoon sessions.
Conference Center style is the preferred dining experience at POSTOAK. While multiple groups meet in various spaces, all dine at Chef Damien’s bountiful buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course, groups can choose to have a private catered meal in a banquet room, a working lunch, box lunch or pizza brought over to the Executive Lodge!
Recently overheard by an attendee “we’ve got to start meeting like this all the time”! They were walking back to the general session from a breakout room in the Executive Lodge. After lunch, the group was headed to the Pole Barn to play Human Foosball. The night before, they had breakout sessions all around the Main Lodge, including up on the Landing and the Pine Room & Patio.
Traditional breakout rooms with screens for a.v. or non-traditional spaces -what fits your needs?
From vendor displays to buffets, this versatile space is perfect for coffee breaks, registration, and the ubiquitous pre-dinner social hour. Come winter the grand fireplace warms up the room with a roaring glow. The spacious area allows groups to spread out and relax between sessions or gather for some inspiration before heading into the Dining Room.
