“We were searching for a venue that would allow us to have both the ceremony and reception indoors, at the same venue, and in a large of enough space for our 200 or so guests and PostOak was the perfect spot. From the night before to the morning after, our guests and wedding party had an awesome time. The retreat offers private lodges, which were fun for our guests the night before the wedding and also offered a safe place for them to stay after celebrating the evening.

On our wedding day, the staff was extremely professional and eager to make sure all of our needs were met. We chose bold colors for our Art Deco theme and this venue was the perfect choice to bring our vision to life.” -Sandra & Joel, Fall 2017

Let our dedicated wedding coordinator help you choose the perfect outdoor wedding site and determine the best reception design. Each bride receives personal planning advice, four hours of set-up time, a bridal dressing room complete with mirrors and dress racks the day of, and, a complimentary rehearsal space prior to the wedding. Brides are welcome to come early for photo shoots as POSTOAK has a variety of stunning outdoor backdrops that photographers love.

Add a bar-b-que rehearsal dinner down at the Pole Barn and overnight lodging so family and friends can enjoy one another’s company and be ready for the big day. While the wedding party is getting ready, the family can swim, fish, hike, go zip-lining or just relax in anticipation for the ceremony and reception.

Indoors or out – packages include setup and tear down of chairs, one hour of rehearsal time and plenty of advice from POSTOAK’s wedding coordinator. Want to add drama to an indoor ceremony?  Enhance the setting with  customized lighting and draping.

Overlooking the Tulsa skyline, Sunset Ridge is perfect for a large number of attendees. No matter what time of day, the eastern sky is a beautiful backdrop.
Situated by the Meadows and with a quaint wooden bridge to Willow Lake, The Island is a sweet spot for couples wanting a unique outdoor venue. Guests can view the ceremony from shore and still have a great view.
Follow the lighted path to the covered shady spot just steps away from the Lodges for a distinctive rustic venue that you can call your own. We’ll hang a few drapes on the wooden poles but let the tree-lined path and woods be the background for your ceremony.
