With four banquet rooms, Persimmon Board Room, the Dining Room, and the Great Room all in the Main Lodge, planners can host the general session, meals, vendors and breakouts all under one roof – making POSTOAK Tulsa’s, and Oklahoma’s, meeting, conference, or retreat destination.
Attendees can break out into small groups inside or out, go on a short walk among the trees after lunch or even throw a few horseshoes before hunkering down for the afternoon sessions.
